A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, which is either 50% of the total package price or the full cost of the domestic flight ticket — whichever applies to your booking. All payments must be made in USD. Written confirmation will be issued once the deposit has been received.

We accept card payments and bank transfers. A transaction fee of 3.5–4% applies to all card payments.

The remaining balance is settled at guest checkout, prior to departure from the island. All outstanding charges — including any additional expenses incurred during the stay — must be cleared at checkout before leaving.

Domestic flight tickets between Malé and Fuvahmulah are included in the package price. The following conditions apply:

• In the event of a cancellation, the airline will deduct 10% of the flight ticket value as a cancellation charge; the remaining 90% will be applied toward the overall refund calculation.
• Domestic flight refunds are processed only after the airline disburses the funds.
• Guests are responsible for adhering to DAN guidelines regarding surface intervals before flying after diving (minimum 12–18 hours depending on dive profile).

Additional conditions:

• No refunds are applicable after arrival.
• If a guest chooses to shorten their stay, unused portions of the package will not be refunded.
• Cancellations caused by weather or natural conditions upon arrival are non-refundable.
• Extensions of stay are charged at applicable rates.

• A valid dive certification must be presented prior to any dive — minimum Open Water Diver certification is required.
• Valid dive insurance is mandatory for all participants.
• Liquid Shark Divers reserves the right to refuse diving to any guest who cannot present valid certification or insurance.

Guests may be required to complete a medical declaration form before participating in any dive. Liquid Shark Divers reserves the right to conduct a safety evaluation and may refuse participation if a guest's health presents a risk to themselves or others.

Rental equipment is provided in good working condition. Guests are liable for any damage to or loss of rental equipment during their use. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly at checkout.

By booking with Liquid Shark Divers, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with scuba diving and travel. Guests agree to follow all safety instructions given by dive guides and crew at all times.

Liquid Shark Divers is not liable for injuries, losses, or delays caused by weather, natural conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for failures by third-party service providers, including airlines and accommodation partners.

Liquid Shark Divers may take underwater photographs during dives for operational purposes. Guest images will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit consent.

All content on the Liquid Shark Divers website — including text, images, logos, and videos — is protected. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
